For the love of fuck, people...
At least eight instances, just looking up 'kundalini' on Photobucket.

Another forum, though I can't find it on the site it's hosted on, on that link.

Several. different. MySpace pages.

Some End Times page.

This guy's lecture on the Kundalini and own art page (as far as I can see).

Some French music page.

And, of course, this fluffy twat, who's ignored half a dozen emails from me.

The MySpace and forums things don't bother me much. I'd have liked it if there were a link to my gallery, but this has been happening for years. It's gotten so all over the place that the more I run after people yelling, the more likely i am to get someone or a bunch of someones spreading it about simply to fuck with me, and at that point, getting litigious over the Interwebs is like nailing Jello to the wall, while said Jello macros and Rick-rolls you, and it's friends flood your website. I've seen it happen on the [info]goth_macros community, among other places.

That said, those posts are generally the equivalent of what I do often, which is posting stuff simply to be like 'Hey, this is neat, check it out.' I am more angry at the Crystallinks woman, because she uses that site to sell readings and Reiki stuff, and with the Icke thing because that cult sets off every alarm bell that I have in me.

This is too big and widespread for me to do anything except what [info]chaoflux23 recommended; to take this as indication of how much people like this thing that I didn't think much of, and make and sell a ton of prints, and go from there.

You know- maybe you should draw it on to the back of shirts as well.

Seriously. Copyright law representation. Ask for notation/compensation where you want it, request take-downs where you don't.

yeah I agree with this too. "Copyright infringement" and "licensing fees" are effective at getting your content removed quickly- and it damned sure wouldn't hurt if someone agreed to pay for it's use instead of just removing it (assuming you can stand their use).

I think it would be important to send an email to each violator as described. I don't know how the law applies in this case, but there are cases where uncontested copyright violation lead to works being considered public domain. That would be an extreme case, though.
The next problem is what to do if the violator fails to comply or to respond. At least Livejournal has an abuse team:
http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=136&q=copyright&lang=
I wonder if the other operators would have something similar?
You could just copy the relevant abuse team on the original email.

Aou can generally email the administration of the website (or the site's hosting service if they don't respond) and they'll handle it for you.
